Cat Owners Blind To Feline Evil

I was informed in Wisconsin that football is a religion there. I also understand that mormonism and scientology, and Oklahoma evangelism are religions. No one will ever discourage, or demonstrate to, such people that their beliefs might be seriously questionable. So with cats. I met my first crazy cat lady in Eugene OR, early 90’s, when I was playing behind a cowgirl/ comedy vaudeville show. The manager of this group had us over before the Eugene gig, in our all-black stage outfits. The house was full of cats, I’d never seen so many. I left with my black cowboy costume hopelessly covered with cat hair. The cat lady of course didn’t notice it.
