Interesting. It will take a cultural revolution. I guess we can ask the Chinese how that worked out.
No cultural revolution required for Los Angeles County to convert to all electric cars. Seems if a Spanish city can ban cars, LA county could go electric. Their smog would be a thing of the past, and they would stop bugging the rest of us with their unworkable internal combustion emissions standards.
