Discussing the case of one intellectually challenged mother doesn’t answer the question. IQ level is merely one of the steps in the evaluation of a particular case but it is an very important step. Taking this one case to say ‘Fascist State vs Low IQ Parents” doesn’t answer the question.

No, it doesn’t. Obama, the Clintons, Trump, etc. are quite intelligent, as were Hitler, Mussolini and many of their followers, but all were, and are, fascists. We low-IQ types will always be part of the human population, no matter what sort of rule prevails. Sounds like the video was promoting eugenics, perhaps in a “nice”, subtle way … to make it nice and palatable to yuppies.
