        Yes.

Wow. that’s quite a find and I appreciate your sharing especially because I’ve been following the Stepping Up Iniative, which is becomming more an insiders (elected, government departments/ courts) involved, as counties delevope their programs. The inspiration behind the Stepping Up Iniative is by Dade County Florida (Miami) Judge Steven Leifman, who makes an excellent statement about what he was thinking, his research, which the Tampa Bay series you posted here appears to validate, and his solution, which the Stepping Up Inniative sets an outline each county can customize as it needs.

So BIG wow and THANK YOU from me.

ATTN: James Marmon! You definately need to read these articles that have made me think about things you’ve written here on AVA.

Hmm seems this would make a great and important documentary.. there are some contraditions especially concerning violence.

A very important fact I have not read yet, now going onto part 2, is that psychotropic medication can induce violence. It needs to be understood that what Part 1 claimed to be 40% within the State hospitals had committed NO crimes, they are a danger to themselves if any danger at all, yet.. the wrong medication can kill because it can induce violence, and that goes for people not being weened properly. I think psychotropic prescribers need to make it very clear to their consumers to never cold turkey a psych med.
