Wii-U Gaming for Teens at the Ukiah Library
every Thursday 3:30-5:30pm
beginning April 9th
Wii-U Gaming for Teens is coming to the Ukiah Library beginning on April 9th, & will occur weekly on Thursdays from 3:30-5:30pm in our meeting room. Come challenge your friends to Wii-U! There will be a weekly signup sheet available at 3:15 pm for those aged 12-19. Please contact Melissa Carr, Teen Librarian at 467-6434 or carrm@co.mendocino.ca.us for more information. Refreshments will be provided c/o the Ukiah Valley Friends of the Library. The Ukiah Library is located at 105 N. Main Street.
The Ukiah Library will be hosting:
A Literary Labyrinth & Open Mic Poetry Reading
Alex Thomas Plaza & Pavilion
April 25th 9 am-3pm
We will be celebrating National Poetry Month with a literary labyrinth & open mic poetry reading in Alex Thomas Plaza & Pavilion. The labyrinth will be comprised of free books courtesy of the Ukiah Library. There will be a reading area inside the labyrinth for visitors to enjoy their new book treasures. Everyone is invited to read a poem or poems of their choosing.
