Used to live in Des Moines, the insurance center for the U.S. Lots of conventions. I worked in a 700 bed hospital in Pathology. One year there were a bunch of folks at the convention using strange things for dildos from a roll of quarters to a light bulb.
The lightbulb was a little touchy to remove, but they got it out, as the patholigst said, “in toto”.
Christ! Can’t make this stuff up.
