Lawful and effective recourse must be (and is) available to us when highest offices are so clearly and manifestly beyond our control, and further, manifestly beyond the reach of Law or any semblance of Order.
We (us; the living Humans) need to name and exercise this mechanism if we plan on any future whatever.
