Water Day, a day-long celebration of water and the Eel River, will be held at the Mateel Community Center in Redway on Sunday, April 13 from 9 AM to 5 PM.Presentations, panels, posters, videos, and working displays will help educate the public on water conservation, pollution prevention, forest health, and how to cope with drought.A seafood dinner starts at 6 PM with live entertainment from the Human Nature Theater Company.For more information, call the Eel River Recovery Project at 223-7200 or go to www.eelriverrecovery.org on the web.
