Two staffers from Mendo's Department of Planning and Building--including old timer and chief planner Frank Lynch--have been fired for swapping pornography on office computers, and swapping pornography with San Francisco's Planning and Building porn mongers, sources say.
Planning officials declined to comment, but innumerable calls over the hill finally, and minimally, confirmed Lynch's fate: "Date of separation, May 7th, 2010." The identity of the second summarily offed Mendo planner is still not known.
Four persons in San Francisco's planning department are in trouble for circulating pornography on their work computers, and somehow Frisco's planners were swapping the stuff with their country cousins out on Low Gap Road, Ukiah.
The moral? The next time you file a request for a building permit and Planning and Building says they're so busy and understaffed it will take months to process your application, bring it back with photos of Debbie Does Dallas.
